ASHTON LEA APARTMENTS, TORQUAY (FULL PROPERTY RENOVATION)
We recently completed a full renovation on two flats in Torquay, transforming them from outdated, worn spaces into modern, fully refurbished homes. Both flats were stripped back to bare brick, allowing us to completely re-design the interiors from the ground up. We installed new windows and doors, rewired all electrics, replaced all plumbing, fully insulated, walls alteration and steel beam install and upgraded every fixture and finish. The result is two bright, contemporary flats with a fresh, high quality finish - perfect examples of how a full renovation can completely transform a property.

PLYMOUTH ESTOVER (PARTIAL DOWNSTAIRS RENOVATION & 90m2 EXTENSION)
​We recently completed a stylish extension and renovation project over in Plymouth, transforming key areas of the home. The lounge, hallway and porch were fully renovated, with the floor raised to create a more cohesive and functional space. As part of the upgrade, a former car port was cleverly converted into a modern, welcoming porch, seamlessly blending with the home's design. The extension consisted of an additional two large bedrooms with ensuites both delivering a fresh, modern look and maximising the potential. Removal of a large swimming pool at 1.8m deep was needed to allow the space of an extension to be correctly built.
